The passenger car transport semitrailer "Bielefeld" is a completely galvanized air braked semitrailer with superstructured wheels, which is available in several basic designs::


1."Bielefeld 45L"
Gross vehicle weight 8,000 kg, payload approx. 4,000 kg, 9 t - flat-bed single axle with maintenance-free SKF compact bearings, air suspension with lifting and lowering, cargo area 12 m x 2.55 m, loading height in front approx. 1,200 mm, behind approx. 800 mm, coupling height approx. 1100 mm, tyre equipment 205/65R 17.5 twin. The semitrailer has a permissible axle load of 4.5 t and is suitable for use in a 12 t - tractor-trailer in combination with a 7.5 t - tractor. 12 t - tractor-trailers are exempt from paying motorway truck toll in Germany.

2."Bielefeld 110L"
Gross vehicle weight 14,500 kg, payload approx. 8,500 kg, couple of 5.5 t - flat-bed axles, air suspension with lifting and lowering, cargo area 13.5 x 2.55 m, loading height in front approx. 1,200 mm, in the rear approx. 800 mm, coupling height approx. 1,100 mm, tyre equipment 205/65R 17.5 twin. The semitrailer is equipped with a hydraulic piling platform and with it suitable for transporting 4 passenger cars, 4 SUVs or 2 panel vans.

3."Bielefeld 120LK - closed"
Gross vehicle weight 18,000 kg, payload approx. 9,000 kg, couple of 9 t - flat-bed axles, air suspension with lifting and lowering, cargo area inside 13.95 m x 2.505 m, loading height in front approx. 2,820 mm, behind 3,250 mm, tyre equipment 205/65R 17.5 twin.
The semitrailer is equipped with a plywood box body and with it suitable for hidden transport of 4 passenger cars, 4 SUVs or 2 panel vans. For loading and unloading serves a hydraulically operated tailgate made of high-tensile aluminium alloy. To make the loading procedure as comfortable as possible, the body is provided with by twos double wing side doors on the left and on the right. The tailgate and all doors are lockable.

4."Bielefeld 160LK - closed"
Gross vehicle weight 22,000 kg, payload approx. 12,000 kg, 3 pieces of 9 t - flat-bed axles, air suspension with lifting and lowering, cargo area inside 13.95 m x 2.505 m, loading height in front approx. 2,820 mm, in the rear 3,250 mm, tyre equipment 205/65R 17.5 twin.
The semitrailer is equipped with a plywood box body and with it suitable for hidden transport of 4 passenger cars, 4 SUVs or 2 panel vans.
