Subframe:
Made of solid square tubes which are in accordance with the bodybuilder guidelines of the truck manufacturer. The subframe serves to accommodate the tipping bearings, tipping cylinders and the platform down holder.

Tipping frame:
Made of solid square tubes. As tipping bearings are used standard spring panels with lubricatable bolts. The platform is guided on special plastic slide rails with excellent slide property, high wear resistance and good mechanical strength.

Platform:
The platform is guided on the tipping frame by two u-profile side members folded of high-strength fine-grain sheet steel. The floor and the outer frames are made of galvanized sheet steel and welded together with the side members to form a bend- and torsion- resistant unit. The platform has inside a 100 mm high guide edge and the 200 mm high smooth exterior face is excellent for placing advertising labels. Besides, there are robust fixing pockets worked into the outer frame on both sides, in front and behind to accommodate a "pluggable deflecting pulley" (see accessories).

The platform is also available in complete aluminium.

Hydraulic unit:
Power-supplied by a power take-off with hydraulic pump which is a part of the truck chassis equipment.

The operation of the complete body, the hydraulic winch and the hydraulic winch carriage is carried out by means of hand lever control valves in sandwich construction which is kept at the rear of the body on the right in an illuminated operating cabinet.

The hydraulic cylinders are all equipped with corrosion-resistant, nichrome-coated piston rods.

A cable remote control or radio remote control is also available for the hydraulic winch for a surcharge.

Paintwork:
The body is completely galvanized. The visible parts are additionally painted with high-performance two-component acrylic-based paint in the colour requested.
Vehicle documents:
The vehicle is delivered complete with TÜV (MOT) approval and with the required vehicle documents.
